There is no plastic on the hardware except for partially on the bottom feet. The rest of the exposed hardware has faint hairline scratches throughout. The shoulder strap hardware also has faint hairline scratches. The exterior leather is clean overall except a small dent to the back of the bag and a faint line on the bottom base.
